Team Leader Call Centre (Mandarin Speaker with insurance background)

Responsibilities:
 
  • To undertake daily management activities of a team of agents for technical support
  • Supervise, train, coach & motivate the team to achieve KPI
  • To constantly monitor & manage performance of the individuals & team
  • To initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule, standard operation procedure
  • To contribute overall quality i.e., coaching, transaction monitoring, process improvements, etc
  • To prepare month end & ad hoc reports as & when required
  • Most importantly to manage client’s expectations & ensure daily deliverables are met
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of minimum of 10 - 15 staffs on average
  • To be able to supervise, train, coach & motivate the team
 
Requirements:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Candidates with experience in Insurance industry is added advantage.
