  • To handle invoicing billings & other related documents
  • To provide support to customers,sale team,technical team & store team.
  • To do stock purchasing as per instruction from Management
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filling in systematic.
  • To perform routine administrative duties
  • Any other assigned as and when required by management
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese
  • Minimum 1 Year(s) working experience on the related field is required for this position.
  • PC skills in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills in English,Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to start work immediately
  • 6-days work week
  • Yearly Increment & Performance Bonus
  • Willing to Learn,Responsible & Self-Motivated
  • Training will be provided
