- To handle invoicing billings & other related documents
- To provide support to customers,sale team,technical team & store team.
- To do stock purchasing as per instruction from Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filling in systematic.
- To perform routine administrative duties
- Any other assigned as and when required by management
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese
- Minimum 1 Year(s) working experience on the related field is required for this position.
- PC skills in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills in English,Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to start work immediately
- 6-days work week
- Yearly Increment & Performance Bonus
- Willing to Learn,Responsible & Self-Motivated
- Training will be provided
