Company Secretarial Associate

Responsibilities
 
  • Preparing secretarial documents as per instruction by Company Secretary.
  • Follow up with despatch on outstanding documents not returned within 3 days.
  • Liaison with outgoing/incoming Company Secretary for appointment and resignation of Secretaries.
  • Liaison with SSM’s officer for any queries received.
  • Update Register of Member and filing secretarial documents for any changes made.
  • Recording minutes in management meetings.
  • Despatch & Monitoring of documents to clients.
  • Preparing quarterly billing for secretarial.
  • Update quarterly billing for any charges for courier and CTC documents.
  • Preparing secretarial invoices.
  • Sent out Statement of Accounts.
  • Follow up collection from customers.
  • Internal accounting.
  • Ad-hoc despatch as required.
 
Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in  Legal, Company Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Company Secretarial or equivalent.
