Job Descriptions
  • Liaise with oversea designer to develop design concept idea and requirements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of design proposal. Ensure the design developments are sufficient for preparing tender.
  • Coordinate the projects from beginning until completion
  • Establish and monitor tendering procedures, which might include liaising with Consultant, preparing of tender documents, shortlist, call, evaluate tender, negotiate and awards tender that best guard the Company’s interest.
  • Establish the projects plan schedules and monitor the progress of projects to completion within approved timeline. Work with contractors to meet quality standards.
  • Prepare the project budgets, monitor project cost and ensure variations and final accounts are within approved budget
  • Monitor and review all progress payment in relations to construction and fabrication of site and fixtures
  • Conduct sites visit/inspection to review and ensure that the construction and servicing is in accordance with the approved contract specifications, bill of quantities, schedule of works, approved plan or mock-ups
  • Maintain a group of authorized service contractors.
  • Manage and coordinate periodic maintenance and servicing of store fit-out and asset including electrical service, wall floor ceiling, fitting, structure, metal/plastic fixtures, AV equipments and etc according to the standard check list.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to keep management update on the projects.
  • Ensure all business/ equipment licenses are in place for new stores.
  • Identify training needs of team and develop staff through training / coaching.
 
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in interior Design / Degree in QS, or Degree in Interior Architecture.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience (for Degree holders) or 5 years (for Diploma holders), in projects management works including design development, contract administration, planning and project schedule , monitor site progress and quality and stores maintenance.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and good follow-up on projects timeline

Wing Tai Clothing Sdn Bhd was a subsidiary under Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad. 
 
Wing Tai Malaysia Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 July 1966. It was listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in January 1979 and delisted in August 2017. It was privatised and renamed Wing Tai Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in October 2017.
